If you have any other item that you would like to have signed please send it to the address listed above. Athletes will only sign pictures, flags, magazines, scorecards, and books. Please do not send hats, putter covers or golf balls. Also, Include only one item per request along with a pre-paid postage return envelope for your item and your contact information. Due to the large volume of requests, only two items are permitted per individual or charity each year. Requests submitted via phone, email or fax will not be fulfilled. Due to the volume of requests it typically takes a year from the date of request to receive your item. Neither the athlete nor Gaylord Sports Management will be responsible for lost or damaged items.
